Weight LossHypnotherapy and EFT can work well to help reduce weight. Diets don't work! It is important to resolve the emotional reasons behind the additional eating. We all need food to live but the question which needs asking is why in certain specific situations are we eating when we are not hungry? Often there is an underlying emotional need to eat. There could be a number of reasons for this: comfort, boredom, reward, guilt etc. I work by not only identifying the trigger situations but by resolving the emotional reason behind the need for the additional food. The need to lose weight can also be about habit. A new habit which is sustainable needs to be formed. I can teach you a number of techniques to help form this new habit.
